n A leading premium luxury retail brand is looking for an experienced "FP&A; Lead" to drive strategic financial planning, business performance, and commercial decision-making across a dynamic, fast-growing organization.
n This is a high-impact leadership role for finance professionals who can combine strong analytical expertise with business partnering, stakeholder management, and team leadership to influence key strategic decisions.
n Key Responsibilities
n • Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) function, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial performance reporting
n • Partner with senior business leaders to provide financial insights that support strategic and commercial decisions
n • Deliver business performance analysis, variance reporting, financial modeling, and actionable recommendations for growth and profitability
n • Drive planning cycles, business reviews, and management reporting while ensuring data accuracy and timely execution
n • Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A; team,



fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
n • Work closely with cross-functional teams across finance, operations, merchandising, retail, and corporate functions to support business objectives
n Required Skills & Experience
n • 8 to 14 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Commercial Finance, Business Finance, or Corporate Finance
n • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with first-attempt clearance preferred
n • Robust experience in large, complex, matrixed organizations with exposure to business partnering and financial strategy
n • Excellent financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and business performance analysis skills
n • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead teams, and drive business outcomes through data-driven financial insights
n Preferred Background
n Professionals from Luxury Retail, Premium Consumer Brands, Luxury Goods, Lifestyle, Fashion, Non-Apparel Retail, FMCG, Consumer Durables, or Large Enterprise Organizations with strong FP&A; leadership experience will be highly preferred.
