n Key Responsibilities
n As the first point of contact, you will guide prospective clients through their journey by understanding their needs and recommending the right solutions.
n - Client Outreach: Make 80–120 outbound calls daily with professionalism and confidence.
n - Lead Management: Handle inquiries, follow up with leads, schedule consultations, and convert prospects into clients.
n - Sales Performance: Maintain accurate client records and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
n Qualifications
n n Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
n Strong Business acumen, including understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and value-based selling.




n Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
n Experience in Account Management, including maintaining relationships, handling queries, and ensuring client retention.
n Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work with KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
n Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
n Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
n Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and tasks.
