Supporting Actions

1. Business Excellence

- Implementing “ZERO HARM” Policy
- Implementation of Safety Standards of Hindalco/ABG

2. Cost

- Implement Contractor Safety Management (CSM) for Safety requirement as binding documents of Bid and ensure budget of the same.
- Maintaining Project Schedule without compromising the Safety Requirements.
- Any delay in the project lead to overrun Cost and therefore delay due to any Safety incident/accident to be averted.

3. Cash

- Assisting in Project Completion in given schedule to draw RE Power.
- Project cost saving initiatives to be taken in domain area

4. Customer

- Coordinating & involving CPP-Operation & Smelter as a customer from inception of the project to meet their expectation from the project.
- Assisting Smelter in producing Low Carbon Metal and meet the requirement of overseas market of the same.

- Sharing data within and across functions
- Minimizing response time in providing information and solutions to all internal and external customers.

5. Sustainability & Compliance





- Optimizing power consumption and embedding sustainable practices towards energy saving
- Ensuring all Business Excellence practices related to WCM
- Ensuring compliance of Integrated Management system and Energy Management System.
- Ensuring valuable housekeeping practices.
- Partnering in green initiatives.

6. Safety

- Implementing Safety standards and developing safety mechanism to achieve zero reported incident.
- Imparting safety related training to team/workgroups including contractual workmen and participating in roadshow, communication sessions, cross functional initiatives to build awareness about electrical safety standard implementation.
- Always ensuring emergency handling readiness and handling emergencies.

7. People development and engagement

- Ensuring competency building through training need identification, training initiatives to enhance technical and behavioral competencies of self and work groups and promote multiskilling.
- Monitoring intake and deployment of appropriately trained contractual workforce and ensuring their continuous training and wellbeing as per company guidelines.
