Job Description: A Planner Operator manages daily production, maintenance, or logistics workflows by coordinating resources, allocating personnel, and tracking performance. They act as the bridge between management and floor-level operations to minimize downtime, maximize efficiency, and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities

- Workflow Optimization: Plan, organize, and prioritize daily operational workflows to maximize performance and prevent delays.

- Resource Allocation: Estimate project needs for raw materials, equipment, and manpower, ensuring optimal utilization.

- System Management: Operate enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, ERP, or CMMS) to log work orders, monitor inventory, and schedule tasks.

- Performance Reporting: Collect production output data, track departmental metrics, and generate status reports for operations management.

- Issue Resolution:



Act as the focal point for operational issues, detecting problems and deploying quick resolutions to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or continuous flow operations.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and advanced knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) systems.

- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
