Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium, SQL, Java.- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages related to Selenium.- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts.- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.- Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance principles.
