MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years of experience working in the Private Credit funds
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Top-tier undergraduate degree / CA / MBA

ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a leading Asia-focused alternative investment platform with robust capabilities across private equity, credit, and real assets, with a proven track record of executing large-scale transactions across global markets.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support deal execution across the investment lifecycle including screening, analysis, and execution
• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, basic LBO, cash flow models)
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and credit assessment of target companies
• Perform industry research, market mapping, and competitive analysis
• Assist in preparation of investment memos, pitch decks, and internal materials




• Support due diligence processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Track portfolio performance and assist in periodic reporting and monitoring

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• 2+ years of experience in Private Credit,Equity funds
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Good understanding of financial statements and valuation techniques
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
