Job Description: Job Summary

We are looking for a Retail Planner to drive inventory planning, stock optimization, and sales performance across retail stores. The role involves analyzing sales trends, forecasting demand, managing inventory allocation, and ensuring optimum stock availability to maximize revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute inventory plans to ensure optimum stock levels across all retail locations.

- Monitor stock movement, aging inventory, and sell-through performance to drive effective replenishment and markdown decisions.

- Analyze sales trends, demand patterns, and product performance to improve inventory productivity.

- Manage inter-store stock transfers and inventory balancing to maximize sales opportunities.

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and sales reports.

- Collaborate with buying, sourcing, and operations teams for effective assortment planning and stock allocation.

- Track order status and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely production and delivery schedules.

- Forecast inventory requirements based on historical sales data,



seasonality, and business objectives.

- Monitor stock availability and identify risks related to overstocking, stock-outs, and slow-moving inventory.

- Support retail teams with inventory-related queries and ensure smooth execution of store operations.

- Ensure product quality standards are maintained across all retail locations.

- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for efficient stock movement and replenishment.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Solid analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis, Reporting).

- Experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock management.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and organizational abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities.
