- Operate primary packing machines such as:
- Blister Packing Machine
- Strip Packing Machine
- Bottle Filling Line
- Cartoning Machine
- Leak Test Machine
- Perform machine setup, changeover, and line clearance activities.
- Ensure packing activities are carried out as per BMR/BPR and SOP guidelines.
- Monitor machine performance and minimize breakdowns and rejection.
- Maintain production targets with required quality standards.
- Check batch coding, foil printing, and packing material during operation.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and maintenance departments whenever required.
- Maintain cleanliness and GMP compliance in the packing area.
- Fill and maintain production and machine-related documents properly.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies during operations.
