Position: Sales Officer – Commercial Vehicle & Used Car Loans

Role Summary:
Responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing Commercial Vehicle (CV) Loan and Used Car Loan business through dealers, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), channel partners, and customer references. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring quality sourcing, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate business for Commercial Vehicle and Used Car Loans.
- Source customers through dealers, brokers, DSAs, and market referrals.
- Conduct customer profiling and assess loan eligibility.
- Explain loan products, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
- Coordinate with credit, operations,



and underwriting teams for loan processing.
- Ensure timely documentation and loan disbursement.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with vehicle dealers and channel partners.
- Monitor portfolio quality and minimize delinquency risks.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
