Job Description Job Descriptionn Creo Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our design team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have a passion for architectural visualization and the ability to transform architectural concepts into realistic, high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs for premium residential projects.
Responsibilitiesn n Create high-quality 3D exterior and interior visualizations for residential projects.
n Develop photorealistic renders and walkthrough animations.
n Collaborate with architects and interior designers to understand design intent.
n Apply realistic lighting, materials, textures, landscaping, and furniture to enhance visual presentations.
n Revise visualizations based on client and design team feedback.
n Ensure timely delivery of renders while maintaining high-quality standards.
n Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization.




n Qualificationsn n Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or a related field.
n Minimum 3 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer (mandatory).
n Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.
n Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and rendering techniques.
n Solid visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.
n Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
n Preferred Qualificationsn n Experience in premium residential architectural and interior visualization.
n Knowledge of animation and walkthrough creation.
n Experience with Unreal Engine, D5 Render, or similar visualization tools is an added advantage.
