Job Description Job Summary
n We are looking for a highly creative Motion Graphics Designer with strong expertise in Figma to create engaging visual experiences, animated assets, digital campaigns, product walkthroughs, social media creatives, and UI micro-interactions. The ideal candidate should have experience transforming static designs into compelling motion content while collaborating with designers, marketers, product teams, and stakeholders.
n Key Responsibilities
n Motion Design & Animation
n n Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, explainer videos, and digital content for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
n Design engaging visual storytelling elements that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
n Produce animated banners, product demos, campaign videos, promotional content, and interactive assets.
n n Figma-Centric Design
n n Create and maintain design systems, components, and prototypes in Figma.
n Develop interactive prototypes and micro-interactions using Figma.
n Collaborate with UX/UI designers to animate user journeys and product experiences.
n Convert static layouts into motion-driven presentations and experiences.
n n Project Execution
n n Work closely with Product, Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams to understand project requirements.
n Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.




n Present creative concepts, storyboards, and motion ideas to stakeholders.
n Ensure consistency across all visual and motion design deliverables.

n n Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop cutting-edge visual concepts.
n Stay updated with emerging design trends, motion techniques, and AI-assisted creative tools.
