Key Responsibilities: ● Product Knowledge and Support: Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our medical device products and their applications. Assist in the preparation of product documentation, user guides, and training materials. ● Sales Support and Development: Support the sales team in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities. Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and provide appropriate product information. ● Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff. Provide initial product training and support to new clients. Gather and relay client feedback to improve product offerings and services. ● Field Work and Demonstrations: Assist in conducting in office product demonstrations,



CMEs and training sessions for clients. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to support product promotion and gather market intelligence. ● Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing, research and development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. ● Training and Product Research: Train the field force and clinical specialists on monthly basis and as per requirements which involves scientific research papers, white paper, statistics and preparing case studies.
