The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Baan IV or experience with Infor LN, and be able to troubleshoot issues and collaborate with end users and project teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• System Support: Provide day-to-day support for the Baan IV system, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
• Project Delivery: Collaborate with project teams and end users to understand their requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Troubleshooting: Analyse and solve functional problems related to the Baan system, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with end users to gather needs and communicate solutions effectively.




• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to drive projects forward, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Documentation & Organization: Maintain organized records of system configurations, support activities, and project deliverables. Qualifications:
• Experience: In-depth understanding of the Baan IV system or experience with Infor LN (as Baan IV is an older system).
• Skills: o Solid functional understanding of Baan or Infor LN with the ability to resolve functional issues.
