Accomplished educationist and strategic leader with experience in managing and leading K 12 Schools; Well versed with standard operating procedures, and processes as per the norms
- At least 10-20 years of experience preferably in a reputed CBSE school-of which 5 years as a Vice Principal/ Principal/ HOD
- Experience in the CBSE affiliation process and procedure will be an added advantage
- Responsible for teacher supervision, guidance, and development to ensure proper adaptation and adjustment of staff to the environment
- Will play a key role in the school improvement planning process
- Development of curriculum, teacher training, and understanding of institutional developments from inception to management, administration, affiliation, academics, and public relations.
- Must have thorough knowledge of academic standards and teaching methodologies
- Education policy formulation and change management
