Description
- To lead and manage the support, maintenance, and strategic enhancement of Oracle Flexcube Corporate and Trade Finance modules.
- This role ensures system stability, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business objectives across corporate banking and trade finance operations.
Responsibilities
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the support strategy for Flexcube Corporate and Trade Finance modules (e.g., OBTFPM, OBBRN).
- Establish governance frameworks for incident, change, and problem management.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in application support processes.
- Liaise with external vendors for support, enhancements, and compliance.
- Negotiate service levels and manage vendor performance.
- Lead incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Lead and mentor the application support team.
- Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor performance.
- Conduct training sessions for users and internal teams.
- Drive to implement best practices.
- Coordinate with InfoSec and Technology teams for system hardening, penetration testing,
and patch management.
- Maintain operational manuals and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Drive service improvement reviews and ensure SLAs/OLAs are met.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Manage Corporate Loans, Current Accounts, Term Deposits, LC, BG, Bills, Packing Credit, SI, and Remittances in Flexcube Corporate & Trade Finance modules.
- Lead L2 and L3 support teams, handling month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.
- Resolve complex functional and technical issues across modules.
- Coordinate deployments, upgrades, and patching.
- Ensure root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Support DR drills, enhancements, and production fixes. Address VAPT and audit findings.
- Manage application issues, coordinating with OEMs for bug fixes.
- Collaborate with business users, operations, and IT helpdesk for daily issue resolution.
Qualifications
Qualification needed: MCA/ MTEC
