The Sales head will be responsible for driving business growth in the hospitality sector—covering hotels, resorts, and restaurants. This role focuses on developing current business, nurturing strong client relationships, and delivering customized furniture solutions for high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the hospitality segment.
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities with hotels, resorts, and restaurants.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers including hotel owners, restaurant chains, purchase managers, and project consultants.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and hospitality consultants for upcoming projects.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals independently.
- Track competitor activities and provide market insights to the management team.




- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and post-sales support.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of customized solutions.

Candidate Profile :
- Graduate / MBA preferred with 7–12 years of experience in B2B sales in furniture, furnishings, interiors, building materials, or hospitality solutions.
- Strong business development background in the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, restaurants).
- Proven ability to drive sales independently as an individual contributor.
- Strong network with hospitality procurement teams, consultants, and architects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with long sales cycles.
