Sales Head-Design, Reverse Engineering Services/The Business Development Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients, driving revenue growth, and expanding global business opportunities in the field of 3D Scanning, Reverse Engineering, and Design Engineering Services. The role requires a strong industry network, excellent client engagement skills, and the ability to win business in competitive environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients and grow business from India and overseas markets
- Drive revenue targets and manage business development programs
- Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and bids to EPCs, consultants, engineering companies, and end-users
- Identify and pursue tender opportunities, ensuring timely participation
- Develop business in Automotive & Aerospace component design – Reverse Engineering
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution
- Build robust relationships with decision-makers across industries

Candidate Profile




- 5–10 or more years’ experience in Sales / Business Development of Design Engineering Services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Go-getter attitude with ability to succeed in a competitive, thin-margin industry
- Strong industry network; connections in UAE, Middle East, USA will be an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
