The prospect:
The Solution Architect is responsible for the design, integrity and quality of the SAP solution and of associated IS services delivered to Business, Support Functions and IS Technology domains as the case may be. Responsible that the SAP solution/service provides the required functionality and meets the requirement of business. Collaborates with and contributes to project set-up and delivery as well as to service operations optimization.
The Solution Architect is accountable for managing workstream interdependencies mainly but not restricted to the specific End-to-End Stream.

How you’ll make an impact:
- Defines the technical SAP solution and ensures alignment with other modules and surrounding IS applications through cooperation and collaboration across solution architects.




- Engages in requirement engineering to decide which requirements are covered by available standard functionalities, for which functionalities enhancements are needed and for which functionalities workarounds are accepted.
- Supports validation and prioritization of incoming business demand in collaboration with Project owners, business function and unit as well with the relevant IS Business Analyst, IS Service Manager, IS Application Manager and/or Global IS Domain Architect.
- Be responsible for translating the functional design into functional and technical specifications, review and sign off the functional and technical use case specifications.
- Communicate the technical specifications to the developers. Joining unit testing and support on UAT testing and defect resolution. Managing the transport request and it's status update until release to Production system.
- Formulate rules, principles and guidelines to guide the development
