The ideal candidate should possess:
- Robust leadership and team management capabilities
- Experience in handling client relationships and business operations
- Ability to drive business growth, team productivity, and process improvements
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to B2B consultative selling and project-oriented business environments
- Experience interacting with architects, builders, consultants, developers, or institutional clients will be preferred

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve individual and organizational goals
- Plan, assign, and monitor work to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards




- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Support the learning, training, and professional development of team members
- Act as the primary point of contact between management and the team
- Resolve operational issues, conflicts, and team concerns effectively
- Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Participate in onboarding and training of new team members
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions
- Interact with clients and stakeholders to ensure SLA adherence and service excellence
