Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position Sales Operations Coordinatorof for a reputed company in Manufacturing Industry at Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli) Location.

Key Responsibilities:
- New clients database creation in SAP system, calculations, quotation preparation, & sending all branch quotations (Mumbai, Pune, VSK, & Hyd).
- Follow up with current & existing clients for material and documentation.
- Attend to walking clients in the office.
- Prepare files as per our checklist & collect all the documents from the client.
- Calculate all the material as per available in the store, prepare a quotation with labour & transport charges, & share it with the client.
- Maintain all the data in the marketing system, i.e., quotations, work orders, documents, Proforma invoices, GST certificates, clients billing addresses, site addresses,



official & site contact person names & numbers, which is helpful to our billing, store, site supervisors, sales executives, and credit and accounting teams.
- Maintain all reports, i.e., sales executives Targets vs. Achievements report, sales executive performance report, site visit reports, & daily expenses reports.
- Taking initiative from beginning to close the order, i.e., calculate the material as per site requirement, prepare a quotation, finalise the order as per our terms & conditions, and take approval from our seniors after completion of all the processes.
- Coordinate with our store & logistics team for material dispatch scheduled.
