Looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant for implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.

Configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document the configurations. Work closely with HR teams and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Primary Modules- ORC- Oracle Time and Labour, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Core HR, Talent management




- 9+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules (Payroll with Core HR exp/ Other modules).
- Lead RFP responses and collaborate with sales and technical teams to create comprehensive submissions that align with client needs and best practices.
- Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and identify functionality fit/gaps, providing solutions.
- Configure Core HR, Absence Management, Perks, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management based on customer needs, and document application setups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within HCM modules.
- Conduct client demos of Oracle HCM Fusion applications, tailoring presentations to highlight the value and address client inquiries.
- Collaborate with project teams on reports, interfaces, data conversion, and application extensions.
