Job description
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead to lead finance transformation projects and manage SAP FICO implementations across business units.

Job requirements
- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations and upgrades
- Manage and mentor FICO team members
- Design and optimize financial processes
- Act as the key point of contact for finance stakeholders
- Ensure smooth integration with MM, SD, PS, and other modules
- Oversee UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
- Deep expertise in SAP FI and CO modules
- Robust leadership and project management skills
- Experience with large-scale SAP implementations
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
