What will you do?
You will be responsible for managing and leading a high performing team of 15+ technical developers, functional consultants, and DevOps engineers at Plat4mation, India. Your primary focus will be on people management by fostering a high-performing team culture, ensuring the successful delivery of services to both customers and internal ServiceNow teams, as part of a global network. As a people leader, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing talent, implementing Plat4mation-wide standards, and driving continuous improvement across teams. You will work closely with onshore delivery leads and managers,
ensuring seamless coordination and alignment on project goals and deliverables. We expect our leaders to stay engaged with the team’s progress, provide guidance and support, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will lead by example, champion our Core Values, and step in to support team members whenever necessary. In addition to managing the team, you will contribute to pre-sales and solutioning efforts as a consultant and success advisor for current prospects, ensuring that your insights directly impact the growth of the business. This role will report directly to the Director of Delivery, India.

Scheduling & Chargeability:
- Scheduling of team members to projects
- Scheduling of projects, opportunities and internal tasks linked to the team
- Accountable for Utilization of Team members (billable vs non-billable)
