Role Overview:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner & Employee Engagement Specialist who can independently drive hiring initiatives while also contributing to building a strong employee experience.

This role requires a high level of ownership. The ideal candidate should be comfortable independently driving hiring strategies, recruitment analytics,



identifying hiring challenges, proposing solutions without heavy supervision and employee engagement planning and execution.

This position requires someone who can think strategically, adapt hiring approaches based on market dynamics, manage hiring pressure, and execute engagement initiatives with structure and consistency.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex hiring challenges, building strong talent pipelines, and driving meaningful employee engagement initiatives in a fast-paced startup setting.
