As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading the testing team, developing and implementing testing strategies, and ensuring the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the testing team, providing guidance and support.

- Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
- Strong expertise in automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
- Experience with BDD tools like Cucumber.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python.
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
