n Role Overview
n As a Key Accounts Manager – Channel Partner, you will be the growth engine driving customer acquisition through a strong Channel
n Partner (CP) / Broker network.
n Your focus will be on building, nurturing, and managing relationships with real estate brokers and ensuring a steady flow of high-
n quality customer referrals to fuel Livspace's expansion.
n Key Responsibilities
n ● Identify and onboard new high-potential Channel Partners across key micro-markets
n ● Drive local market mapping to identify active brokers and competitor CP networks
n ● Plan and execute CP engagement activities like meets, site visits, and walkthroughs
n ● Ensure quality screening of leads shared by CPs to improve conversion efficiency
n ● Act as a single point of contact for CPs for all business-related queries
n ● Drive revenue targets through effective partner productivity and pipeline management




n ● Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure walk-ins / site visits (VMS) are happening as planned
n ● Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, offers, and promotions for CP activation
n ● Ensure timely payout / incentive communication to CPs to maintain trust and motivation
n ● Track competition activity and provide market feedback to leadership
n ● Drive upselling / cross-selling opportunities through existing CP network
n ● Ensure adherence to processes, documentation, and compliance
n What We're Looking For
n Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
n 2–6 years of experience in Channel Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management
n Prior experience in real estate, interiors, or high-value sales preferred from any industry
n Strong networking and relationship management skills
n Proven track record in lead generation and revenue growth
n Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
n Excellent communication and negotiation skills
