n At Ayafi, you'll be responsible for shaping the visual identity of our brand—from product photography and campaign shoots to Instagram Reels, ad creatives, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes moments. What You'll DoPhotography & Visual Directionn n Photograph sarees, stoles, and products for our website and social media
n Plan and execute indoor and outdoor shoots
n Capture flatlays, styled product shots, detail shots, lifestyle imagery, and campaign visuals
n Photograph exhibitions, flea markets, launches, and behind-the-scenes moments
n Suggest creative concepts, props, locations, and styling ideas
n Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms
n Video & Content Creationn n Shoot engaging Reels and short-form videos
n Capture high-quality B-roll for future campaigns
n Create product videos, styling videos, educational content, and behind-the-scenes content
n Edit videos using engaging hooks, subtitles, transitions, music, and platform-native pacing
n Repurpose older photos, videos, and archived B-roll into fresh content
n Organize and maintain an accessible content library
n Social Media Supportn n Publish Instagram posts, Stories, and customer reviews
n Create Story content around launches, exhibitions, current arrivals, and everyday moments
n Assist in maintaining Ayafi's Instagram presence
n Help execute content calendars and campaign plans




n Performance & Ad Creativesn n Shoot photos and videos designed for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads
n Understand the difference between organic content and paid advertising creatives
n Create scroll-stopping visuals that communicate the product within the first few seconds
n Capture multiple creative variations and framing options for A/B testing
n Work closely with the founder to develop visual concepts for campaigns, launches, and promotions
n We're Looking For Someone Whon n Has a strong portfolio in photography and content creation
n Owns a DSLR or mirrorless camera (mandatory)
n Has an excellent understanding of lighting, composition, colour, and visual storytelling
n Can confidently shoot both products and people
n Has a strong eye for aesthetics and branding
n Can edit engaging short-form videos
n Understands the difference between content that builds a brand and content that drives conversions
n Is proactive, organised, collaborative, and full of ideas
n Is comfortable working full-time from our Bannerghatta studio
n Bonus If Youn n Have experience working with fashion, lifestyle, textile, or D2C brands
n Understand sarees, draping, or Indian textiles
n Can style products and direct models during shoots
n Have experience creating Meta ad creatives or other performance marketing content
n Are proficient with Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Edits, Canva, or similar creative tools
