Job Description JUNIOR SALES OFFICER (JSO)/ SALES REPRESENTATIVE (SR)
n Location : Kalyan, Bhiwandi & Panvel
n Industry: FMCG
n Department Sales Reporting To Area Sales Manager (ASM)
n Key Responsibilities:
n • Visit assigned retail outlets as per route plan.
n • Generate sales and collect orders from retailers.
n • Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising.
n • Build robust relationships with retailers.
n • Submit daily activity reports and market feedback.
n • Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
n Preferred Profile:
n • Graduate in any discipline.
n • 0-3 years of experience in FMCG/Food Sales or General Trade sales.
n • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
n • Familiarity with the local market and retailer network will be an advantage.
n • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
n • Basic knowledge of sales reporting and mobile-based sales applications.
