Role Description This is a full time, on-site Senior Visualiser Graphic Designer role based in Mumbai. The Senior Visualiser Graphic Designer will conceptualize and develop visual ideas for campaigns, brand identities, and marketing materials across print and digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets, collaborating with copywriters and strategists, and presenting design concepts to internal teams and clients. The role also involves refining visual details such as lighting, color, and composition, mentoring junior designers,



and ensuring that all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives. The Senior Visualiser Graphic Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Qualificationsn n Strong visualization skills, with the ability to translate concepts and briefs into compelling visual narratives.
n Proficiency in graphics and graphic design, including expertise with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
n Solid understanding of lighting, color theory, and composition to enhance visual impact across media.
n Excellent drawing and sketching abilities to quickly explore ideas and communicate design directions.
n Relevant experience in branding, advertising, or communication design, ideally in agency or creative environments.
n Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
n Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
n Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
