We are seeking a talented and experienced BIM Modeler with a specialization in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to contribute to our agile team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D MEP models using Revit, ensuring alignment with architectural and structural designs.
- Prepare accurate drawings, schedules, and coordination documentation to support design and construction teams.
- Coordinate with engineers and designers to resolve simple design clashes.
- Maintain accurate project models and follow company BIM Standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler with a focus on MEP systems.
- Proficiency in MEP-specific BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit MEP).
