Role: Senior Executive - Product Development

CTC - 5L-8L pa (depending on experience)

Location: Head Office, Parel, Mumbai

Qualification: Bachelor or Masters in Chemistry / B.Tech or M.Tech in Cosmetology

Experience: 3-5 years of Experience in the Cosmetics/Beauty/FMCG sector.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

1. Executing all the project activities starting right from market scoping, competitor analysis, track of

new trends in the industry & using it developing new product ideas/concepts, formulation development,

conduct panel reviews & evaluations for studying product efficacy & performance, stability &

compatibility studies, product & artwork designing, packaging development, supply chain management,

inventory tracking, and product launching activities.

2. Coordination with StakeHolders:
- Internal

i. R&D; Formulator :



for designing the formula & checking the stability & compatibility.

ii. Packaging: to design a successful packaging.

iii. Designing Team: create product designs &; artwork

iv. Supply Chain, Sales team - to build an inventory & have a check on future orders.
- External

i. Fragrance Houses: develop a new vendors & finalize a suitable fragrance

ii. Packaging Vendors: Along with packaging executives, develop new vendors

iii. Third party - IF Applicable

Skills:

1. Have interests & passion in developing new Beauty & Personal Care

2. Ability to track the gap & needs of beauty industry

3. Creativity for developing current product stories & product designs.

4. Good Communication skills

5. Strong planning & multi-tasking

6. Good learning skills
