The Software Technical Leader role in the BSW team is an exciting opportunity for engineers who want to shape the technical direction of core automotive software while staying close to real product delivery. This position offers strong technical ownership across Bootloader, communication, diagnostics, and AUTOSAR BSW layers, with direct influence on architecture decisions, quality, and customer success. Reporting into the BSW engineering leadership, the role combines deep hands-on expertise with mentoring and cross‑global collaboration, allowing the leader to impact multiple programs and platforms. Key Responsibility:
- Lead Team who develops BSW software for use in power electronics production projects including inverter and converter electronic controllers, focusing on reusability across projects whenever possible
- Lead requirements engineering, Collaboration with internal & external customers, systems, manufacturing competencies to understand their needs.
- Accurately define and document the technical side of the BSW with estimates and identified risks, Coordinate & lead Iteration planning, agile stand-up meetings.
- Lead enhancement of the controls and module/component architectures alongside strategic roadmap with cutting-edge technology advancements and creative solutions
