Job Description

1. Sales Strategy & Growth
? Define and execute the Micro LAP sales strategy (short/long term)
to achieve disbursement, revenue, and portfolio quality targets; set
and monitor branch/cluster goals.
? Build multi-channel acquisition: own branches, outbound teams
and feet-on-streets; expand presence in underpenetrated markets.
? Drive market intelligence (ticket sizes, competitor oAerings, local
demand) to sharpen pricing, customer segments, and sales plays.
? Strengthen branch productivity: territory mapping, lead funnels,
campaigns/contests, and deployment of resources to most
profitable geographies.
2. Team Leadership
? Build and lead a large, distributed sales team (Regional/Zonal
Heads, ASMs/RMs, Branch Sales Managers); hire, train, mentor,
and retain high performers.
? Embed a culture of compliance by equipping the sales team with
structured training on credit fundamentals, accurate
documentation, and strict adherence to process standards.
3. Sales Process, Operations & TAT
? Own the end-to-end sales process from sourcing to login, sanction,




and disbursement; ensure rapid TAT by tight coordination with
Credit, Operations, Legal, and Collections.
? Ensure documentation and policy adherence pre- and
post-sanction; minimize rejects through quality screening and
complete files.
4. Portfolio Quality, Risk & Compliance
? Partner with Credit/Risk to maintain book quality: monitor
delinquency, bounce/NPA, and implement preventive actions;
uphold regulatory and internal compliance.
? Review sourcing mix and customer segments to reduce credit
rejects and improve yield while maintaining aAordability and
market suitability.
5. Reporting, Analytics & P&L;
? Own P&L; metrics: productivity, yield, acquisition cost, and
profitability at region/zone/national levels; present performance
dashboards and action plans to leadership.
? Use data to optimize sales plays and resource deployment.
6. Collections Collaboration
? Align with Collections to ensure timely first-cy
