Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Business Head for a reputed Manufacturing industry (Garment) at the Kolkata (Chandipur)location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall production and operation of the Garment unit, optimizing on productivity, quality and delivery schedule.
- Implement global operational standards and lean management
- Set up product development section for new product line
- Develop trained manpower and drive continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Responsible to guide and develop a team of professionals to run the unit successfully through Quality audits and Customer audits
- Address customer concerns and ensure customer delight
- Ensure healthy IR setting and create a self motivated team of workforce




- Support management with relevant business data & MIS
- Ensure healthy P&L; for the unit's sustainability and growth.

Age - 45 - 55
