We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Lead with deep technical expertise in React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend) to lead software development efforts for enterprise-scale digital systems. The ideal candidate will manage a team of developers, ensure high-quality coding standards, and drive delivery excellence in alignment with agile practices.This role involves hands-on coding, architectural contributions, and mentoring team members within an agile, rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
- Lead a team of full stack developers (React + Node.js) and guide them through development cycles.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable and secure applications.Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure technical quality.
- Collaborate with architects and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Full Stack Development:
- Design and build frontend components using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and REST APIs.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and microservice architecture.
- Integrate databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and third-party APIs.Ensure high performance, security, and reliability across the stack.
Delivery & Collaboration:
- Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-functional coordination.
- Work closely with QA, DevOps, and Product Management teams for smooth releases.
- Track delivery progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Process & Quality:
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices with focus on predictable, high-quality releases.
- Maintain robust documentation — architecture diagrams, design specs, and deployment guides.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment readiness.
