We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated AGM - Talent Acquisition & Head Hunter to lead our recruitment strategy and manage the full recruitment life cycle for key positions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and executive search, with a proven track record in building teams, headhunting for top-tier talent, and managing stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement cutting-edge talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent across various functions and levels.
- Head Hunting: Identify and approach senior-level talent and executives for key roles using advanced sourcing techniques such as direct sourcing, networking, and headhunting.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters,



ensuring best practices in talent acquisition and compliance with industry standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and leadership to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from creating job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, to negotiating offers.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Use data and metrics to improve recruitment processes, measure performance, and make informed decisions.
