1. Procurement Strategy:
- Design and implementation of effective procurement strategies with the centralization of procurement of the organization.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

2. Vendor Management:
- Evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
- Monitor supplier performance with periodic review publication of supplier rating chart and enforce contract terms.
- Identify and onboard current suppliers when necessary.

3. Inventory Management:
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and operational requirements.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize carrying costs and stockouts.

4. Cost Control:
- Analyze pricing trends, market conditions and cost structures to optimize procurement costs.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and value engineering programs.

5. Compliance:
- Ensure procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations and ethical standards.
- Develop and enforce procurement policies and procedures.

6. Team Leadership:




- Supervise and lead a team of procurement professionals.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

7. Negotiation:
- Lead contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Resolve disputes and issues with suppliers in a timely manner.

8. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the procurement budget.
- Monitor expenditures and control costs effectively.

9. Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure the quality of procured goods and services.
- Implement quality standards and supplier audits.
