Arcesium is looking for US Tax SA/Manager in our Management Company Accounting group based in Bangalore. This group is responsible for legal entity book-keeping; financial reporting; federal, local, and state tax compliances for our group entity Arcesium LLC which is domiciled in the US.

What You'll Do

The key tax responsibilities include:
- Review various client contracts, understand the implications on sales use tax and perform relevant filings.
- Knowledge of various filing requirements for Federal & State:
- Form 1065, Return of Partnership Income
- Form NYC-204, New York City Unincorporated Business Tax Return
- Forms IT- 204-LL, New York State LLC Filing Fee
- Form IT- 204, New York State Partnership ReturnK-1s and tax returns
- NYC Commercial Rent Tax, NY UBT
- 1099’s and W9’s
- Issuance of resale exemption certificates to vendors
- Respond on federal and state tax notices.
- Follows all federal, state and local tax laws.
- Keeps track of all tax related deadlines and deliverables
- Liaising with external advisors/consultants on all tax and regulatory requirements in US,



UK & Europe Jurisdictions

Other non-tax responsibilities include:
- Client invoicing and accounts receivables process
- Publish periodic reports on AR and client invoicing.
- Review of account payable transaction processing
- Work with legal and account management teams on client contracting.
- Coordinating with different stakeholders

What You’ll need:
- Chartered Accountant / US CPA/ MBA in Finance from reputed business school
- Certification in US Tax
- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in US GAAP Tax Compliance, Accounting & Reporting
- Accounts receivable and Client Invoicing experience in large SaaS based companies.
- Working proficiency of MS Excel
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills
- A drive to work with minimal supervision and the ability to work well in teams.
