Role Overview
Join our AI Quality & Evaluation team to enhance the accuracy, clarity, and depth of AI responses across Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Coding, and Finance.
You’ll work at the intersection of AI model evaluation, content quality assurance, and educational design, helping refine large language models for advanced STEM reasoning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enforce quality rubrics and style guides for AI-generated STEM content.
Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, clarity, and pedagogical effectiveness.
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to translate subject nuances into actionable improvements.
Design evaluation datasets (“exam papers”) to benchmark model performance.
Apply prompt engineering and data creation techniques for complex, multi-step problems.
- Communicate findings and technical needs to cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, Engineering).
Candidate Profile
- Education: Final-year B.Tech (CS) from IIT Bombay/Madras/Kanpur/Kharagpur.
- Academic Merit: Sub-1000 JEE Advanced rank (AIR).
- Skills: Python proficiency, familiarity with LLMs, strong STEM fundamentals.
- Experience: Prior technical internship (AI/ML, data science, or software).
- Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, clear communication, collaborative mindset.
