Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Presales Implementation Engineer

with experience in the Cybersecurity domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with

Mobile Device Management (MDM), Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools, or Patch





Management solutions. As a Presales Implementation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in

working with customers to understand their requirements, assisting in the presales process, and

ensuring smooth implementation of security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and

translate them into technical solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) deployments, and solution

presentations for customers.

• Design and implement security solutions, including MDM, RMM, and Patch

Management tools, based on customer needs and business goals.

• Provide technical guidance and advice to clients during the presales cycle.

• Assist in creating and customizing proposals, responses to RFPs, and technical

documentation.
