Position Overview

Designit is seeking an experienced User Researcher / Service Designer for a 6-month engagement (full time or contract) to lead the development of data-driven employee personas for a global enterprise client. This role requires 4–6 years of experience in research-driven service design with proven capability in behavioral analytics and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Analysis
- Lead persona discovery through clustering analysis of workforce behavioral indicators across multiple enterprise data sources.
- Conduct structured validation interviews (30–45 minutes) with employees representing distinct persona cohorts.
- Design and deploy digital validation campaigns to confirm persona characteristics at scale.
- Synthesize qualitative insights with quantitative telemetry data to create evidence-based persona definitions.

Data Integration & Collaboration
- Partner with data analysts to interpret behavioral patterns from digital experience platforms, service management systems, and identity management tools.




- Translate technical data signals into business-friendly persona categories and employee journey maps.
- Validate persona frameworks against existing client taxonomies through comparative analysis.

Client Engagement
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to review behavioral insights and refine persona definitions.
- Clearly articulate research methodology and defend approach decisions under client scrutiny.
- Manage client expectations around interview requirements, timelines, and deliverable scope.
- Navigate cross-timezone collaboration with UK-based stakeholders.

Required Experience
- 4–6 years in user research, service design, or behavioral analytics for enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience developing personas using integrated data from multiple enterprise systems.
- Proven ability to conduct behavioral segmentation and pattern identification from large datasets.
- Track record of validating research finding
