We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our specialized hospitality recruitment services, generating new business leads, and building robust client relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence while working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting our hospitality recruitment services.




- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct presentations and consultations to communicate the value of our recruitment solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to refine sales strategies effectively.
