Role Overview

CUBE84 is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the technical architecture, solution design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role is responsible for defining scalable, secure, and high-performing technical architectures while providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the Salesforce platform, strong integration experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of leading development teams within a consulting workplace. They will work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and clients to deliver robust, future-ready Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Architecture & Solution Design
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce technical architectures.




- Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Define solution architecture for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
- Lead architecture discussions and technical discovery workshops with clients.
- Evaluate technical trade-offs and recommend optimal solutions.

Salesforce Development Leadership
- Provide technical leadership to Salesforce development teams across multiple projects.
- Review technical designs, code quality, and solution implementations.
- Establish development standards, governance, and best practices.
- Mentor Senior Developers and Lead Developers.
- Drive adoption of reusable components and scalable development patterns.

Integration & Enterprise Architecture
- Design integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Architect API-based integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Middleware, and ETL tools.
