We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to design, implement, and manage IAM solutions that ensure secure access to our digital supply chain systems. This role requires a technical expert who can balance operational excellence with strategic foresight to enhance and maintain the integrity of our IAM framework.

Responsibilities
- IAM Strategy and Design: Develop and implement IAM solutions that align with organizational security goals and business objectives.
- Access Controls: Design and enforce role-based access control (RBAC)



policies to ensure appropriate access levels across systems and applications.
- Authentication Mechanisms: Implement and manage secure authentication methods, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO).
- Directory Services Management: Secure directory services such as Entra ID to ensure seamless identity integration.
- Privileged Access Management (PAM): Design and manage privileged access solutions to secure sensitive accounts and prevent unauthorized access.
- IAM Automation: Leverage automation tools to streamline IAM processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure IAM solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
- Incident Response: Assist in responding to IAM-related security incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
