Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst to join our Data Analytics Project team. In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a robust analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in working with data analytics tools and methodologies to improve business performance and decision-making. KEY SKILLS REQUIRED - Requirements Gathering, Solution Design, Business Process Mapping, Stakeholder Management , Data Engineering concepts, Databricks, SQL, Pyspark, Datawarehouse, ETL Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives. Gather, document, and prioritize requirements for data analytics projects. Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to extract insights and trends that support business decision-making.



Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other team members to ensure data quality and accuracy. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency through data-driven insights. Propose solutions that align with business goals and enhance operational performance. Data Visualization: Develop and present clear, compelling visual reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders. Utilize tools like Power BI, Tableau, or others to create actionable insights. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business units and the analytics team. Communicate project progress, risks, and results to senior leadership. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, project specifications, user stories, and test cases to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
