Job Description:
- To follow instructions given by Directors and Factory manager from time to time.
- Follow formalized SOP and report to Factory Manager and QA in case of any changes or deviation or non-conformity.
- To coordinate with QC at the time of Calibration.
- To attend and fix major break down.
- To coordinate with external agencies for any repair or installations and make follow up and maintain its record.
- To conduct preventive maintenance of all the machines as per schedule
- To provide periodic training to the workers.
- To monitor machine output and work towards its improvement.
- To monitor effectiveness of EPC.
- To review qualification and validation of machines instrument.
- To maintain records and document as per list of documents.
- To monitor costing of the department.
- To maintain safety devices.
- To face internal and external audits.
- To instruct and train the staff under him.
- To ask and receive inputs from tubing section and cutting – sealing section regarding maintenance required to respective machines.
