- Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder and Flow.
- Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs).

- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce development or architecture.
