n We are seeking experienced professionals for the Programmatic Operations XML role. The ideal candidate will manage advertising operations across multiple platforms, focusing on onboarding, ad operations, optimization, and account management.

n Job Description:
n n Monitoring the XML Pop and Push advertising market, finding, and attracting recent demand and supply partners.
n Implementing and integrating of partners and feeds, XML and Json.
n Campaign management, optimizations, growth, and reporting.
n Monitor and troubleshoot issues with platform's support teams and external clients
n Full sales cycle A-Z - from locating new potential partners, negotiations, contract signing, account management and customer success.
n n Qualification & Skills
n n Strong knowledge of the ad sales and XML advertising industry, Pop and Push




n Experience with Pop feeds, Push Notification feeds, In-page Push. One year+ of Proven experience - a Must.
n Experience with JSON and XML, RTB Pop, specifically the AdKernel, ad-platform, Bidscube, Adtelligent, SmartHub and similar - A big advantage.
n Strong organization, time-management, problem-solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
n Knowledge and understanding of the principles of advertising and marketing.
n Ability to quickly recognize and respond to trends.
n Super Highly motivated, success driven, loyal, verbal, ability to be a part of a team and working independently, can-do attitude, problem solver - A Must!
n Proficiency in MS Excel.
n Works well under deadlines and is team-oriented.
n Educational Qualification – Graduate
