Job Description:

Position: Asst. Manager - Logistics

Location: Surat

Experience: 10 - 15 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- Sales documentation & Preparation
- Prepare sales documentation, including Tax Invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills, in compliance with GST regulations.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation for legal and regulatory compliance.
- Transportation Arrangement
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for the dispatch of goods to customer premises.
- Ensure timely scheduling and efficient routes to optimize delivery processes
- Coordination & Communication
- Communicate with drivers and transporters to ensure the timely and protected delivery of goods.
- Maintain regular communication with relevant stakeholders throughout the delivery process.
- Labelling & Packaging
- Oversee the labelling and packaging of goods to facilitate easy identification and handling during transportation and delivery.
- Coordination of Job work process
- Coordinate with relevant personnel for the removal of goods for the job work process.




- Prepare Challans and necessary documentation for sending materials for job work.
- Record Maintenance
- Maintain detailed records of sales transactions, job work details, and all relevant documentation related to dispatch.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of records for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Prohibitionrecord
- Maintain detailed records for prohibited items to produce the records at the time of official visit at factory.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Required Qualification: - B.Com/M.Com

Salary :- Upto 12.00 LPA
