Job Description:

A Business Development Manager for personal care products manufacturing drives revenue and market expansion by securing B2B contracts, private-label clients, and distribution partnerships. They act as the vital link between the manufacturing facility and beauty brands, managing client briefs, pricing negotiations, and commercial scaling. [1, 2, 3] Core Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and pitch to beauty brands, spas, and retailers for contract manufacturing and private labeling. [1, 2]
- Lead Generation: Generate quality inquiries through cold outreach, digital portals (e.g., Indiamart, Alibaba), and industry trade shows. [1, 2, 3]
- Techno-Commercial Management: Collaborate with R&D;, formulation, and regulatory teams to translate client requirements into viable product proposals and cost estimates. [1, 2]
- Sales Pipeline: Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry and sampling to final price negotiations and contract closure. [1, 2]
- Market Intelligence: Monitor beauty industry trends,

Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Expererienc: 8+ years in B2B sales or business development within the FMCG, cosmetics, or contract manufacturing sectors.
- Product Knowledge: Understanding of personal care/cosmetic formulations, packaging trends, and regulatory compliances (GMP, FDA, etc.).
